The programme has been designed to meet the needs of todays manager in Primary Care and to cover the main roles and responsibilities of the position. This programme has been designed for:
- those in post as Primary/Health Care Managers
- those in post as Deputy/Assistant Primary/Health Care Managers
- those in post for a minimum of two years within a health or social care setting who will benefit from developing their capability and experience
To attend on this course, candidates must have a minimum of two years experience within a health, or social care setting.
The college operates a no refunds policy as detailed below. Cancellations and transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:
· More than 4 weeks notice - no charge
· 4 weeks notice - 30% of the cost
· 2-3 weeks notice - 50% of the cost
· 1-2 weeks notice - 75% of the cost
· Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of the cost
All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a £20 administration charge. The full fee’s policy is available on request.

possess an adequate level of English to understand the course content,
including verbal and written content/exams.
• You understand the
fees policy outlined above, including any charges which may occur should you
request a transfer/cancellation.
• You accept
responsibility for full payment of all fees due in respect of the programme(s)
of study.

completion of this form limits the College’s liability in terms of losses
suffered by the learner in the event of the College breaking its agreement with
the learner. The College reserves the right to alter class times/dates for each
academic year.
